"Preserving the Prairies Past"....is our motto. We aspire to create a unique event with Antiquers, Junkers, Collectors
and Creative Idealists all presented in a designed Fall setting to inspire our customers to incorporate Antiques and Vintage into their homes. The Prairie Junk-It is a two level designed Market with a sit down Bakery area for our customers to relax. We have hundreds of Pumpkins, a Farm Truck out front, fresh fall flowers ,a designed foyer area with Antique Inspiration, Live Music and a Antique Silent Auction
Vendor creativity is essential to our main floor Market area...as only stylized and creative booths will be considered. In being a juried market, vendors will be selected not only on their product but their creative booth display. We ask that all vendors strive to be unique, incorporating vintage and re-purposed design in their set up....as there are no Social Table type layouts on the main floor. We also will be providing 2 areas this year for all vendors to bring some large items such as furniture etc. that may not fit in their space...in a combined display to sell to our customers.
We have added the Upper Loft area this year to incorporate Vendors who wish to have a smaller set up. The Loft area is a well lit Mezzanine overlooking the Main Floor Market Area. The upper level is accessed by a staircase or elevator and 8 ft tables are supplied with your Vendor Fee.
Submission Deadline is March 31st 2020 for Main Level
Main Level Booth Sizes / Prices:
10 x 10 $125 Corner Booth $140 Inside Corner Fire Exit $175 Double Booth $210 12 x 12 $135
Upper Level Table or 4 x 8 Space - $75 per space includes an 8 ft table...discount on multiple tables if more than one space is needed.
Submission must be accompanied by 4 photos of your product and a brief description of booth display ideas and theme (for main Market Area). Full booth fee is required on acceptance to the Market. Set up is on Friday October 4th from 12-9 PM ...absolutely NO early arrivals and 8 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. Electricity is available, please bring your own electrical cords and lighting. Take down is Saturday from 4 - 7 PM. Advertising postcards and posters will be given to each vendor prior to the event to promote the sale in a combined effort to "get the word out".
